My previous experiences with dentist did not go well as I felt I got treated like a kid and got the “talk” and “rundown” based on my concerns and overall mouth health. So my concerns were finding a dentist that would understand my situation and work on helping me without causing any pain. I read reviews of Bright Dental and decided to give it a shot. Wow was I surprised with just how friendly everyone was. The front desk secretary’s were so nice and understanding. They not only treated me like a patient but also felt very family oriented as well with the side conversations with me. Made me comfortable and less nervous. Then the assistance came in and brought me in and was just as warm hearted with asking me all the questions to understand my situation and to provide comfort in knowing they are here to help. Once Dr, Rami came in and started talking to me I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel like this place cares about me and provided a treatment plan for me. Also had zero pain in the slight dental work he managed to squeeze in as well, which is so important to me. I def recommend this place if your looking for a change and what a place that doesn’t make you nervous anymore and cares about what your needs are. Additionally I got extensive cleaning done and Sara provided the most exceptional service/support I ever experienced. She walked me through everything and what to expect. She caused me no discomfort. This dental clinic is a gem for maintaining good oral health. The entire staff, from reception to nurses and doctors, is incredibly kind, cooperative, and informative. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting almost three dental groups, and this one stands out as the best I’ve found so far. They excel at explaining every detail, and I’m thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and good humor. Dr. Gus, Jack, and the lady (I can’t recall her name) are truly remarkable. They understand my budget and provide the best care possible. While their services aren’t cheap, they’re not excessively expensive either. I’ve decided to get dental insurance to make them more affordable. The only minor drawback is that they haven’t informed me about which insurance plans they accept. I really like this dentist. The office is very modern and clean, the staff is always friendly and professional, and the dentist seems very knowledgeable. They always seem to have the most recent technologies (for example, scanning your teeth using 3D modeling software to create a mouthguard or retainer rather than doing a messy molding process). Dr. Alhalabi and Nina, the assistant, took amazing care of me. They were both extremely professional, thorough, and genuinely caring.

They explained my dental health and the treatment process in more detail than any other dentist I’ve ever been to. I really appreciated how they took the time to answer my questions and continually checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. That level of care really stood out to me.

The office is very professionally set up, and it’s clear that Dr. Alhalabi and Nina take pride in what they do. I felt like I was in very good hands from start to finish. In all my years, no dentist has ever gone above and beyond to show that they care like these guys did!

I've been a patient of Bright Dental for several years and have extolled the virtues of Dr. Salloum and Dr. Gus countless times since my first visit.  The entire Bright Dental staff goes out of its way to make patients feel valued and respected and services are rendered with a excptional level of professionalism.  Lastly, Dr. Salloum's state of the art equipment enables each visit to go smoothly and comfortably.  My experiences have led me to refer friends and family to the practice and all of the individuals I've referred agree wholeheartedly with my sentiments.
